The shell of the first new villa Calle Falla in Cala Pi has just been completed! That means: we can finally offer you on-site visits. For our first new build detached house on Calle Falla 12 in Cala Pi , we expect to have it completed by the middle of next year. The last house will then be handed over in 2022.

The location: our south-facing investor is building a total of six luxury villas on a sea-view plot on Calle Falla 12 in Cala Pi. Each house has a view of the Cabrera Islands to the south, the sandy beach of Es Trenc to the east and the historic watchtower of Cala Pi to the west, at least from the top floor. The construction site for our new buildings on Calle Falla is only two minutes away from our show home. You will then receive a short briefing from us on the applicable safety protocol. Shortly afterwards we go to see the construction site together. Plan one to two hours for a tour.
