About our history in Land Development
We, that is Christoph Albeck and Hanno Strack, emigrated from Germany more than 30 years ago. Our goal was to develop real estate that wasn’t available at that price. By doing this, we earned a steady rental income abroad and were able to maintain a sense of financial security. Hundreds of unique properties have been created this way.
We now offer what we did only for ourselves at the beginning to others and assist them from the first step to the handing over of the keys, namely the management of properties abroad and their rental management.
